You are looking at a 1978 Jeep CJ5 Renegade Levis Edition complete frame off restoration. It has the original 304 V8 with the 3 speed transmission. This is a REAL Renegade Levis Edition with the correct paint and decal package as well as the correct interior. This jeep has all original body parts and had original paint and decals before we restored it. We restored this jeep to all original condition with the exception of the exhaust and the tires and wheels. The Jeep drives like a brand new jeep! "If you are interested please contact me at : sean445f@hotmail.com " The Monster Jeep I have for sale may be one of the most detailed CJ-5âs I have ever been around or owned. I have been a Jeep enthusiast for over 23 years and have owned over 15 CJâs in this time. This particular Jeep has just recently undergone a complete frame off restoration that included a complete rebuild on the mechanical side as well. To start with, the engine is an AMC 304 V8, which has been completely gone through from top to bottom. A few of the highlights, the camshaft was replaced with a bigger thump stick and the manifolds where replaced with ceramic headers along with a Holley carb. and a full MSD ignition system. There were many other things added as well like all new wiring, half doors, and so much more but these are just a few. As to the suspension, the axles where flipped and the AMC 20 was fitted with Summers Brothers one-piece axles.
